ECommerce Expert Job Summary: 
  • Work closely with project managers application development teams
  • Work with the architecture team to implement new technologies Required Skills and/or Product Knowledge:
  • Strong Windows Sys Admin skills
  • Experience in identifying and troubleshooting system outages
  • Proven interpersonal, communication, organizational, leadership and customer service skills
  • Must be willing to work off hours, weekends and be on call for production support.

ECommerce Expert Background:    
  • Minimum 5-10 years supporting Managed Service Infrastructure Program
  • Bachelor Degree preferred and Masters a plus
  • 24x7 model industry certifications are a plus.
  • Expertise and hands on experience in Linux, Solaris and Windows.
  • Must have at least 5 years’ experience in WebSphere product support.
  • Must have experience and strong administration support skills in a Windows 2008/R2 and above environment and strong communication and documentation skills.
  • Be able to lead and coordinate the design, development, implementation and support of specialized business and technical information technology solutions.
