Required Skills:
• Responsible for managing large, complex global IT projects, with a primary focus on Oracle EBS R12 migrations, implementations, and upgrades
• Overall management of teams and assigned projects including coordination, status reporting, financials, scope, schedules, etc.
• Facilitation of requirements sessions
• Ensure team is working as an effective unit, and build consensus
• Communication and Change Management for assigned project(s)
• Track milestones and make adjustments as necessary
• Utilize and implement project management methodologies that ensures projects are delivered on time, on budget, adhere to a high quality standard, and meet customer’s requirements
• Work directly with clients to determine project scope and specifications
• Assist with preparation of project related documents

Technical Skills:
• UNIX/Linux knowledge – be able to understand application OS dependencies and directory structure
• Oracle – comfortable defining data sources from application environment (JDBC) to db
• familiar with application deployment on server, ear structure, start/stop and debugging
• JAVA– simple understanding of API calls and dependency on ports and firewall settings
• Oracle EBS– Expertise in ERP applications in technical point of you, enterprise change management.

Additional Requirements (Preferred)
• PMP certification preferred.

Additional Provisions
• Pass both a client mandated clearance process to include drug screening, criminal history check and credit check.
• Once candidate’s resume is approved and interview passed, the agency is responsible for providing drug screening. Failure to submit the drug screening results will delay the security clearance process.
• If a candidate is given an interim clearance, continuation of employment is then based on the candidate receiving a sensitive clearance.
• All candidates must be a US Citizen, have permanent residence status (Green Card).
• Candidate must have lived in the US for the past 5 years.
• Cannot have more than 6 months travel outside the United States within the last five years. Military Service excluded. (Exception does not include military family members.)
• The enforced dress code is business casual, i.e. collared shirt with slacks for men, no skirts above the knee for women.

Place and Period of Performance
  • Hours of support: The standard work week for contract staff will be 5 days a week and 8 hours per day preferable Monday through Friday.
  • Contract staff may be required to travel to support business efforts.
