Dedicated customer service position responsible for working directly with customers and stakeholders to listen, understand, and resolve when possible any question or issue related to the use of our digital technologies.  In this specialized customer service position, the Digital Solutions Phone Support Tech will be charged with taking phone calls, responding to emails, and reviewing survey responses from members, providers, employer groups, brokers, and visitors.  The primary responsibility of this role is to identify, research, process, resolve, and respond to our members, providers and partners inquiries related to the web portal and mobile app. such as web portal access, navigation, password resets etc.

Call center and help desk experience would be a perfect match. Experience in dealing with web portals as well.  This is an 8 am to 5 pm position is attendance and punctuality are crucial. 

Duration: 6 months
