Perform designated executive support duties requiring judgment, initiative, and knowledge of office functions for the executives assigned
Schedule internal and external meetings and appointments for executives as requested (includes scheduling, room reservations, equipment set up, catering orders, and other logistics)
Maintain excellent working relationships and quality service with internal and external colleagues and customers
Prepare and distribute meeting agendas and meeting materials, and attend meetings and take minutes as assigned
Prepare, compose, and type letters/memos/emails, graphs, charts, studies, presentations, miscellaneous reports and research for executives and the Administrative Services Department as requested
Screen and direct telephone calls, mail, and faxes to the appropriate person within the organization
Executive Assistant Background Profile:
Requires an education level of at least a 2 year (Associates) Degree.
At least 10 years of demonstrated success in providing administrative support to executives.
Around 7 years of executive administrative experience, including at least 2 years of supporting C level executives.
Experience handling heavy travel and associated expenses.
Exceptional verbal and written communications skills.
Excellent customer service, time management and organizational skills.
Computer skills to include high proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.as well as the ability to learn new and complex computer system applications.
Type around 60-75 Words Per Minute with high accuracy.
